Job Description

The primary purpose of the Grants Manager role is to lead and strengthen the delivery of grant funding services by providing strategic oversight, expert guidance, and operational management across client engagements. The role ensures clients successfully identify, secure, and manage funding opportunities while driving team capability, contributing to business growth, and supporting the overall strategic development of the Grants practice.

 

Key aspects include:

  • Allocating resources and overseeing project delivery to ensure effective utilisation and high levels of client satisfaction
  • Supporting high-value sales opportunities through the assessment of grant eligibility and funding potential
  • Contributing to the Grants practice strategy and wider business planning

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring excellent grant funding support
  • Allocate resources and oversee project delivery to maintain quality and client satisfaction
  • Support complex sales opportunities, assessing grant eligibility and funding potential
  • Monitor performance and contribute to the strategic direction of the practice

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years’ experience in grants management across multiple funding schemes
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality grant support services
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Analytical and commercially aware approach
  • Relevant professional qualifications desirable
