Graphic Design

I am seeking a motivated and creative Junior Graphic Designer ready to grow their career in a dynamic, fast paced and supportive environment. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in print design and a keen eye for detail. Experience with packaging design is a plus, but not essential—my client is happy to help you develop those skills. Please note this role is onsite in Deal.

• Assist in the design and layout of print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, POS displays, and branded collateral.

• Support the development of packaging concepts and artwork (training provided if needed).

• Prepare artwork for print, ensuring accuracy in file setup, color, and resolution.

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.

• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.

• Occasionally support digital design needs including social media graphics, email visuals, and web banners.

• 1–2 years of experience in a graphic design role

• Strong portfolio showcasing print design work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

• Basic understanding of print production and file preparation.

• A willingness to learn and grow, especially in packaging design.

• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Strong attention to detail and time management.

• Experience with packaging design or dyelines.

• Familiarity with digital design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma).

• Interest in branding and visual storytelling.
