We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Graphic Design Team to lead a talented group of 10 graphic designers within our fast-paced Marketing Department at a leading pharmaceutical company. This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape the visual identity of a respected brand, combining strategic design thinking with the latest technologies, including AI-powered design tools.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in graphic design management, packaging design for regulated products, and the ability to inspire a team while maintaining exceptional design quality and brand consistency across multiple media formats.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of 10 graphic designers: assign tasks, monitor progress, and support skill development
Collaborate closely with 4 product line directors and report directly to the CEO
Supervise end-to-end design projects across digital, print, TV, and outdoor platforms
Oversee compliant packaging design for RX and OTC products, as well as cosmetics
Integrate AI-driven tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly) to optimize creative workflows
Ensure visual consistency and high-quality execution across all brand assets
Coordinate with internal production teams and in-house advertising studio
Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality control for all design projects
Administer the team’s budget and contribute to resource planning
Stay ahead of trends in graphic design, branding, advertising, and creative technology
Minimum 5 years in a managerial design or marketing role
Experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or FMCG industries preferred
Strong portfolio with successful packaging design for regulated products
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
Hands-on experience with AI tools in creative workflows
Demonstrated leadership, time management, and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent sense of aesthetics and visual communication
Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written)
Portfolio and case study presentation required (PDF or online link)
