Telford Office – 3:2 Hybrid working after probationary period

• Full time, permanent
• Up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience

The Role

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. You’ll play a central role in bringing our brand to life across multiple platforms, creating high-impact visual assets that support product launches, campaigns, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality designs for digital ads, banners, emails, social media, websites, and print
• Edit and produce engaging video content for online and event use
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity
• Ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials
• Design marketing collateral like brochures, product guides, infographics, and adverts
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on campaigns and promotions
• Adapt and optimise designs for different platforms and formats
• Use A/B testing and performance data to refine creative assets
• Design branded assets for merchandise, events, and exhibitions

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for someone who blends creativity with strategic thinking and thrives in a collaborative team. You’ll be confident juggling multiple deadlines and bring fresh ideas to the table that align with our brand values. About you:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva, etc.
• A strong portfolio of multi-channel campaign designs
• Experience designing for web, social media, email, and print
• Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for design trends
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Creative thinking and the ability to innovate within brand parameters

Desirable extras:

• Familiarity with CMS platforms like HubSpot or WordPress
• Experience in B2B marketing or telecoms
