A respected and fast-growing homecare services provider is seeking a Graphic Designer to support its national franchise network and internal marketing team. With over 35 franchises across the UK and a strong reputation for delivering premium care services, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a brand with purpose and presence.

The Role

This newly created position comes at an exciting time for the business, with a new website launch, increased marketing activity, and a dedicated fund to enhance social media and brand visibility. You’ll play a hands-on role in creating engaging content across digital and print, helping support both franchisor and franchisee marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media assets, press adverts, brochures, banners, and expo materials

• Create editable templates and bespoke designs for use across the franchise network

• Produce internal and external newsletters

• Write engaging copy for social posts, blogs, and marketing collateral

• Assist during filming days and work alongside external photographers/videographers

• Support general brand development with a creative, practical approach

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); Canva experience a plus

• Strong copywriting and caption-writing skills

• Interest in photography and video editing

• Organised, self-sufficient, and able to handle feedback directly

• A team player with a good sense of humour and thick skin – no egos here

The Environment

You'll be part of a hard-working, no-nonsense team that values creativity, resilience, and getting the job done. The office is based in Altrincham, and the team is in 4 days a week, Mondays and Wednesdays being key days. You'll work closely with both head office and franchise teams, with support from experienced marketing colleagues.
