Graphic Designer

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, typically 7.30am - 4.30am / 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour for lunch)
Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays

Are you a dynamic, hands-on Graphic Designer ready to take your creativity beyond the usual marketing briefs?

We're searching for a passionate design professional to step into a pivotal role where brand storytelling meets commercial success. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of aesthetics and strategy, where visual excellence directly influences business wins.

You’ll be the creative engine behind everything from sleek digital campaigns to highly bespoke pitch documents that seal major commercial contracts. It’s not just about looking good; it’s about making a business case with impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the visual output across digital and print, from brochures to social assets, presentations to signage
• Craft engaging, tailored bid proposals and pitch decks that drive new business (a key part of the role)
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and workspace visualisation teams
• Champion brand consistency and bring fresh, contemporary design thinking to the table
• Juggle multiple projects while keeping quality razor-sharp and deadlines tight

What You’ll Bring:

• A strong portfolio showcasing polished commercial design and marketing collateral
• Experience designing bespoke pitch documents or presentation decks (PowerPoint/Adobe Suite)
• Confidence in managing multiple projects and engaging cross-functional teams
• A keen eye for detail, flair for storytelling, and drive to deliver designs that resonate
• A personality that’s proactive, enthusiastic and enjoys being part of a collaborative, on-site team (occasional hybrid flexibility available)

• Exposure to workplace design, property, architecture, or construction-related industries
• Experience supporting trade shows, events or photo/video content shoots
