Job Description - Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer – Horsham, West Sussex
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus & Benefits
Job Type: Full-time, On-site

A growing and innovative firm are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with at least 2 years’ experience. In this role, you will be key to designing print and digital marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Design brochures, posters, web banners, and social media graphics
Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines
Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams
Quality check and proof all design work

Requirements:

2+ years’ professional graphic design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital work
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Solid understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory
Able to commute or relocate to Horsham
