Graphic Designer

My client is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing & Packaging Designer to join their dynamic UK team! This role is perfect for a creative individual with a passion for branding, packaging, and visual storytelling. You will be part of their global marketing team, gaining exposure to international marketing initiatives and cross-market projects, all while being based in a fun and innovative UK environment. Please note that this role is onsite in Sandwich.

• Design and develop packaging and visual identities for new and existing consumer brands.
• Translate consumer insights and retail needs into compelling, value-driven design solutions.
• Support the creation of other marketing assets, including social media content, trade show materials, videos, and promotional items.
• Assist in global marketing activities such as website creation and management, digital campaigns, international conferences, and other cross-market initiatives.

• 3-5 years of experience in product, graphic, or packaging design, with FMCG or retail experience being a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• A good understanding of both digital and print design principles.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Creativity and attention to detail in marketing materials and customer presentations.
• Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
