As they continue to grow at pace, they're looking for a Graphic Designer to join their dynamic marketing and creative team. You'll work alongside the Lead Designer and wider marketing team to bring brand campaigns and content to life across digital and print. From bold B2B ad campaigns to engaging B2C visuals, you'll help shape how this business communicates across every touchpoint.

Day to Day

• Designing compelling visuals for websites, emails, social media, apps, and internal marketing
• Managing multiple design projects with creativity, precision, and attention to detail
• Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to turn ideas into high-impact assets
• Using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to bring concepts to life
• Maintaining brand consistency while pushing boundaries with fresh ideas

What We're Looking For

• We want someone who's not just skilled - but passionate about design as a force for positive change.
• Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign (After Effects is a bonus!)
• Solid understanding of web design principles and creative best practices
• 2-3 years of commercial design experience (ideally across both B2B & B2C)
• Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects
• A collaborative mindset, bags of initiative, and a genuine love for what you do
