Graphic Designer

I am seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join my client's dynamic marketing team! This role is ideal for a creative professional with inhouse/agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering visually compelling content across both digital platforms and print media. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping brand identity and ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints. This role is based in Dartford and offers hybrid working.

• Create engaging graphics for social media, email campaigns, digital ads, and website content.
• Design assets for paid media, including banners, display ads, and video thumbnails.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimise visuals for performance and user engagement.
• Design brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, signage, and other print collateral.
• Prepare print-ready files and liaise with printers to ensure high-quality production.
• Maintain brand consistency across all printed materials.
• Uphold and evolve the company’s visual identity across all channels.
• Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and ensure adherence across departments.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or Figma).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
• Experience designing for both digital and print formats.
• Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
