Job Description - Graphic Designer

The Opportunity


This is an award-winning family run healthcare business who provide a variety of products and services which make a huge impact to peoples lives. This includes a growing online store for their equipment, products, servicing and repairs so the role of creative and marketing is becoming more and more important as they grow.
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join the Marketing and communications team to use your creative skills to make a real difference in people’s lives.
This is a hands-on role covering three dynamic areas of the business where you will be producing high-impact content across print, digital, and web that brings the company values to life.
This will be a hybrid role working from the Mansfield Head Office and paying up to £35,000.

Key Responsibilities


Design and produce engaging creative content across print, digital, email, social media, retail packaging, and internal campaigns
Manage and evolve the visual brand identity, ensuring it reflects core values and resonates with their customers
Work across teams to support a variety of projects including marketing campaigns, training resources, product catalogues, signage, and customer communications
Take ownership of maintaining and updating website visuals, banners, and page layouts using WordPress
Create brand-aligned artwork for the expanding online store and service brochures
Deliver designs that speak to a wide range of audiences
Prioritise tasks across multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Mentor junior staff or interns as the creative team expands in the future

About You

  • Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required)
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Good working knowledge of WordPress (page editing, asset management, visual styling)
  • An eye for detail and the ability to bring clarity and warmth to every design
  • Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and workstreams
  • A genuine connection to the mission and values, and an interest in supporting meaningful work

(It would be a bonus if you have experience in print production (retail or packaging) and animation or video editing skills (GIFs, Reels, social). Familiarity with Canva for quick content production and experience using HubSpot for design-related CRM and campaign tasks.)
