Salary:

£24,000 - £28,000 annually.
Flexibility:

Hybrid work setup - Minumum 3 days in the Warrington studio, with the flexibility to work from home.
Holidays:

25 days of holiday plus public holidays.
Bonuses:

You’re passionate about creating top-tier visual content that elevates brands. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing eye-catching YouTube artwork, dynamic social media graphics, and world-class marketing materials. Your work will not only capture attention but will also drive engagement and deliver measurable results.

What We Expect

Project Management:

You’ll lead design projects from the concept phase through to execution, ensuring they align with our creative vision and exceed client expectations.
Hands-On Designing:

Set the visual tone for projects, adhering to brand guidelines while exercising creative freedom. You’ll also enhance our video artwork reference library, keeping it current with industry trends.
Effective Communication:

You'll work alongside the Head of Production and creative leads, helping to schedule projects and ensure your designs align smoothly with our overall creative direction.
Client Interaction:

Occasionally engage directly with clients to capture their design needs, providing updates and feedback to ensure alignment with project objectives.

The Requirements

Strong Portfolio:

We want to see a diverse range of visual design work that highlights your skills and versatility.
Adobe Creative Suite:

You should be highly proficient with Adobe’s design tools.
Mac Literate:

Comfortable working within the Mac ecosystem.
Project Management Tools:

Familiar with Project Management tools, here we use Monday.com
Bonus:

If you have experience designing for YouTube, that’s a huge plus.
