Graphic Design Role - Start-up B2B - Sustainability

A sustainability start up with the goal of achieving net zero in transport emissions is looking for a Graphic Designer to join the team and take ownership of paid advertising campaigns, SEO initiatives, email marketing programs and social media.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop graphic materials for a range of marketing initiatives, spanning website design, PPC ads, social media content, email campaigns, sales collateral, and event support.
Enhance the brand identity to gain industry-wide recognition.
Maintain and enforce adherence to brand guidelines across all visual assets, internally and externally.
Provide design assistance to internal teams as needed.
Create visual content, including infographics, illustrations, photos, and videos, and proficiently edit images and videos using tools like Photoshop and Premiere.
Assist in website design and optimize the customer journey.
Offer creative input and contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and materials.
Participate in planning and executing external events to generate leads and promote the brand.
Take ownership of brand management, collaborating with the People Manager on Employer Branding materials.

Qualifications & Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing design.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Understanding of marketing principles and campaign strategies.
Strong visual sense and creative abilities.
Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
B2B experience is advantageous.
Additional skills in video production/editing, photography, or videography are beneficial.
