Job Description - Graphic designer

Role Overview: Reporting into the Head of Marketing and Communications this role will take the lead on creative work for all work bids and proposals, driving best in class creative content to enhance and enrich marketing collateral.

Working with the marketing team, supporting the wider business, you’ll ensure brand consistency when creating inspirational and impactful campaigns and marketing material.

The main focus of the role is to disrupt what we do, elevate our brand material, and create the templates to set up for success.

This role will initially be a 6 month fixed term contract with a view to extend.

Key Responsibilities include: Produce creative and impactful visual content to showcase our capabilities and who we are as a brand.

Creation of artwork and templates for bid submissions.

Ensure brand consistency through all work winning and marketing collateral.

Demonstrate design flare and creativity when approaching a brief.

Ensure the completion and delivery of design elements within time frames given.

Best practice and high standards of quality and compliance with the print production process See designs through art working to finished print with support of other team members.

Keep up to date with design trends in sector.

Deliver on-brand materials for the business across all channels and all platforms as required.

Qualifications and Skills: Fluency across graphic design, typography, photography, and illustration is essential.

Expert knowledge of design software, including In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator Excellent time management and organisational skills Ability to work on own initiate and as a team member.

Ability to prioritise workloads with multiple ongoing projects.

Good working knowledge is required for After effects and Premier Rush as film editing/ motion design skills may be required.
