Electron Green The Electron Green team has led the market for tackling carbon emissions for over three decades – from creating the Carbon Neutral brand in the early 1990s to inventing the first air space leases with Home Sun and installing free solar PV.

This programme completely transformed the residential market; thousands and thousands of homeowners across the UK could at last have renewable energy generated from their rooftops.

We are now on a mission to cut energy prices and carbon emissions through a new and unique solar electricity partnership.

Millions of square meters of empty commercial and industrial rooftops should be generating low-cost electricity for businesses, every minute of every daylight hour.

Progress is obstructed by installation costs and the complex structure of ownership with property management companies, landlords, and tenants.

There is too much standing in the way, and we are determined to bring about change.

We take away the barriers of cost, skill set, time, and obstructions between tenants and landlords, using decades of expertise to lead the transition to switch on solar.

We are now building a new business-to-business proposition with solar PV.

There is a key requirement to develop and deliver an optimised, high-impact digital marketing and communications programme to attract new clients and grow customer engagement.

Job Description: As a Full-Time Graphic Designer at Electron Green Group, you will play a crucial role in breaking down barriers to solar energy adoption.

Your use of the Adobe Creative suite will be integral to not only grow our brand, but give birth to our new products and services across the B2 B & B2 C markets.

Working within the Marketing and Brand department, you will lead all creative deliverables in the Electron Green Group, working directly with people across the business working across a huge variety of media.

Key Responsibilities: Manage creative briefs from ideation to delivery.

Ensure projects are delivered on deadline and to brief.

Collaborate and liaise with multiple teams in the business.

Create compelling and visually stunning digital and print materials.

Enhance branding elements for both Electron Green & Home Sun.

Develop and maintain creative, user-friendly email templates.

Improve and modernise our web UI.

Maintain the design of presentations as well as creating new ones for various stakeholders within the company.

Demonstrate advanced skills across the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, Premiere Pro) to bring concepts to life.

Utilize video editing skills to produce engaging multimedia content (experience in this area is preferable).

Work in tandem with the Chief Brand Officer to ensure visual consistency across various platforms.

Stay abreast of design trends, industry best practices, and technological advancements to continuously elevate the quality of design work.

Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of professional Graphic Design experience.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience with UX and the use of Figma (experience is preferable).

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point.

Proven experience working with start-up brands.

Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
