Graphic Designer

An exciting opportunity for a graphic designer to work within a highly innovative, fast paced and fast-growing bicycle and outdoor lifestyle security company, Hiplok.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director & Founders you will provide multiple areas of the business with your creative skills. You will have responsibility for the brand’s creative, branding and customer touch points. A ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to be involved in variety of design related tasks is a must.

The role requires a mixture of skills and experience across the graphic design spectrum; print, web, UI and product packaging. Knowledge of structural packaging design is a significant bonus, as is experience in working with partners and suppliers in other countries.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Packaging design / management
Oversee full management of product packaging, from design creation to supplier liaison.
Create branding / iconography relevant to product design and marketing direction.
Create illustrations such as users guides and technical specifications to support the customer experience.
Help drive the business in its goal to reduce single use plastics and take an eco-friendly approach to packaging solutions.
Creative Identity
Work with the founders to help refine and develop the company’s creative identity.
Own the creation of a ‘Brand Bible’ in support of the company's ambitious growth plans.
Work across all team members to ensure all content is aligned with the creative identity.
Support in the creation and production of graphic artwork wherever necessary.
Web Design / Content Creation
Work with e-commerce manager and content creators to ensure excellence in design across web and social media channels.
Liaise with sales and marketing teams to help create content that is both fresh and on brand.
Create a suite of tools and templates that fit with the brand identity that can be used across various aspects of the business.

Hiplok’s HQ is in Leamington Spa, UK. The role is primarily office based, with flexibility to work offsite depending on experience and location.
