We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with experience or a keen interest in food photography to join our team, working across two distinctive brands: The Colourful Bakery and Bray Foods.
The Colourful Bakery is a vibrant, fun and engaging business-to-consumer brand, catering to home chefs, event planners, and BBQ enthusiasts.. Bray Foods is an elegant and sophisticated B2B supplier, providing premium bakery products to hotels, restaurants, bars, and retailers globally. In this unique role, you'll showcase your creativity across both brands, contributing to their distinct visual identities.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Sales team to develop and execute visual content for both The Colourful Bakery and Bray Foods.
Design engaging graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).
Create and maintain visually appealing websites, newsletters, and printed materials for both brands.
Develop and manage compelling social media content, focusing on increasing engagement and brand visibility for both brands.
Set up food photography photoshoots and edit high-quality food photographs in Adobe Lightroom.
Design high-quality graphics for food exhibitions and event signage.
Design product packaging and branding for new product launches.
Create both printed and multimedia presentations.
Maintain brand consistency while tailoring visuals to each company's specific audience and tone.
Support marketing initiatives with innovative ideas and designs.
About You:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom.
Experience or a passion for food photography, capturing both product and lifestyle images.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and how design influences consumer behaviour.
Experience or interest in creating and managing social media content.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and work across two distinct brand identities.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to use your own initiative, bringing fresh ideas to the table and keeping up to date with modern trends.

Note: The Marketing Manager is currently on maternity leave, so this role will begin as a work-from-home position and transition to a hybrid role based in both our photography studio in Warrington and our head office in Manchester. Therefore, candidates should be able to travel to both Warrington and Manchester for meetings, training, and photoshoots. There may also be opportunities to visit our customers around the UK for social media purposes, so occasional travel may be required.
