Graphic Designer - Property Development

£40,000 | Full-time | London | Office-based

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at a leading luxury residential developer. This versatile role offers the opportunity to work across Sales & Marketing, Communications, and People teams, creating impactful visual content for both internal and external audiences across diverse development projects.

Content Creation & Design

• Produce high-quality digital and print collateral including brochures, newsletters, event invitations, leaflets, advertisements, PowerPoint presentations, case studies, website assets, and social media content
• Create infographics, bespoke artwork, and promotional materials for recruitment campaigns, employee onboarding, training programmes, and company events

Brand Management & Collaboration

• Ensure company and individual site brand guidelines are properly executed across all materials
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers, People Team, Communications team, and Social Value teams to create compelling content
• Standardise branding approach throughout all internal and external materials

Internal Communications Support

• Create engaging new starter documents, guides, job descriptions, welcome packs, and People-related materials
• Develop materials for employee engagement programmes, recognition programmes, wellness initiatives, and diversity networks
• Support internal and external email campaigns

Technical Expertise

• Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
• Strong core design skills including layout, composition, colour theory, and typography
• Knowledge of stock images and printing processes
