Graphic/Brand Designer

My client is looking for a creative and driven Graphic/Brand Designer to lead the visual transformation of their food product. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a brand refresh, including food packaging, website redesign, and digital storytelling across platforms such as TikTok.

As the first in-house marketing hire, you’ll work directly with the Managing Director to shape the brand’s future. Once the rebrand is complete, you’ll lead the charge in building a content studio, with the opportunity to grow your own creative team. This roe is based on site in Dartford, with flexibility after the probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative direction and execution of a full food product rebrand
• Design standout, compliant food packaging that reflects the new brand identity
• Overhaul the company website with a fresh, user-centric design
• Create engaging content across digital channels, including TikTok Studio
• Collaborate closely with leadership to align creative with business goals
• Set up and manage an in-house content creation studio
• Play a key role in recruiting and mentoring future creative team members

Requirements for the role:

• Food packaging design experience is essential
• A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, and digital content work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
