Are you experienced in Greenkeeping or Sportsturf and ready to share your skills with the next generation?

This is an exciting opportunity to become a Technical Skills Coach, supporting apprentices across the UK in achieving their qualifications through coaching, mentoring and workplace assessments - all with the flexibility of a remote role.

Working for a well-regarded education provider, you'll play a vital part in helping Level 2 and Level 3 apprentices succeed in the Greenkeeping & Sportsturf industry. You'll guide them through every step of their programme, from induction to end-point assessment, while engaging with employers and ensuring high-quality training.

The ideal candidate will have strong industry experience (5+ years), a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Greenkeeping or Sportsturf, and the ability to coach, assess, and support learners. Previous experience in apprenticeships or education is desirable but not essential.

This role offeris flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to genuinely impact future professionals in the industry.

• Coach and assess apprentices remotely and on-site (L2/L3 Greenkeeping & Sportsturf)

• Track learner progress and ensure readiness for EPA

• Build relationships with apprentices and employers

• Monitor off-the-job training and provide tailored support

• Level 2 (or higher) qualification in Greenkeeping/Sportsturf

• 5+ years' industry experience

• Confident communicator, organised and IT literate

• Passionate about mentoring others

• Previous apprenticeship experience desirable (not essential)
