The successful candidate will work alongside a talented kitchen team to deliver high -quality dishes to their customers and help to maintain their reputation as one of the leading restaurants in the area.

As a Grill Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high -quality dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. You will work in a fast -paced environment and collaborate closely with our talented kitchen team to consistently deliver exceptional dishes to our customers. In this role, you will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and served on time. You will be responsible for monitoring food stock levels, placing orders when required, and maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and cooking high -quality dishes using a range of grilling techniques
Ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and served on time
Monitoring food stock levels and placing orders when required

Collaborating with the kitchen team to create new and exciting dishes
Requirements:

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience working as a Grill Chef in a fast -paced restaurant environment
Experience working with a range of grilling techniques
Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
Passion for creating high -quality dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
