Grit Blaster

My client based in Worcester is looking to recruit a Grit/Shot Blaster on an ongoing temp basis, it may led to a permanent opportunity as the business continues to grow

There are 2 positons available, one day shift and one PM shift

The day shift hours are Mon-Fri 0700-1500, pay-rate is £13 an hour
The PM shift is Mon-Thurs 1430-2330 and Friday from 1430-1800, pay-rate is £13 plus 20% shift allowance

The main purpose of the role includes

- Operating Grit/Shot blasting equipment
- provide production support to colleagues and maintain production quality
- Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations
- Document and report and issues

As as suitable candidate you will offer the following

- ideally have previous experience in a similar role
- able to follow verbal and written instructions
- an ability record date in an accurate manner, strong attention to detail
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Ideally have an understanding of powder metallurgy
- Good communication skills
