Groundoworker

My client is starting a housing project in Alconbury. There is 3 months work on plot works, so we are looking for an experienced Groundworker.
 
HOURLY RATE : £23 per hour - CIS
 
LOCATION : Alconbury (PE28)
 
DATE COMMENCING : Monday 28th September 2026
 
LENGTH OF CONTRACT : 3-4 months work
 
HOURS OF WORK :
· 7:30 - 16:30
· Book 9 hours per day
 
JOB DESCRIPTION : Groundworker
 
You will be starting a new housing site in Alconbury. We are looking for an experienced Groundworker for plot works. Having your Dumper and Roller tickets are preferred, along with CPCS or NPORS as we are also looking for a 360 Operator
 
REQUIREMENTS : Groundworker
· CPCS / NPORS Card
· PPE
· UTR - to enable CIS payments
· Tools
 
PERSON SPECIFICATION : Groundworker
· Can communicate well with others on site and follow instructions
· Can work the 45 hours required per week
· Housing experience required
 
Please Note : You will be paid via our payroll partner Quest Pay Solutions, and one of their Account Managers will contact you before you start work. All workers will be paid by CIS.
