Grounds/ General Operative - Cambridge

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a TEMP Grounds/ General Operative to join a team based in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, and committed to maintaining clean, tidy, and well-presented outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Grass cutting
Hedge trimming
Flower bed edging
De-weeding
Litter picking
Bin emptying
Road sweeping
General grounds maintenance duties
House Clearance
Manual labour as required
Role Details:

Hours: Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 Pm Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:15 PM
Pay: £13.90 per hour
Duration: Temporary – immediate start, initially a few weeks/ Months, with potential for extension
Requirements:

Full UK manual driving licence – essential
Previous grounds maintenance or outdoor maintenance experience – essential
Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for outdoor work in all weather conditions
Able to travel to the site each day for a 7:00 AM start
