Your new company
I am currently looking for a number of grounds maintenance operatives for various contracts across the public and private sectors based in Bristol.
Your new role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and other communal areas.
Key Responsibilities:

• Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and pruning shrubs.
• Cleaning and maintaining walkways, driveways, and outdoor common areas.
• Planting and maintaining flowers, trees, and other landscaping features.
• Ensuring proper disposal of waste and debris.
• Using and maintaining gardening equipment and tools.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Assisting with general upkeep of grounds and outdoor facilities.

Temporary and permanent opportunities available, full-time hours.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate would have:

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to use ground maintenance equipment (e.g., lawn mowers, trimmers).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• A valid driving licence may be required.
