??? Key Responsibilities:

• Street Care:
  • Manual and mechanical street sweeping
  • Litter picking, leaf clearance, and weed removal
  • Removal of graffiti, flyposting, and fly-tipping
  • Emptying litter and dog waste bins
  • Disposal of dead animals and hazardous waste (e.g., needles)
• Grounds Maintenance:
  • Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, and pruning
  • Path edging, weed spraying (with valid certification), and arboriculture assistance
  • Inspect and report any issues with play equipment
• Equipment & Vehicle Management:
  • Daily preparation and safety checks of tools, equipment, and vehicles
  • Report any defects or accidents promptly
  • Ensure thorough cleaning and secure storage after use
• Record Keeping:
  • Complete accurate timesheets, driver checks, work logs, and accident reports
  • Use both paper and digital systems as required
• Safe Equipment Operation:
  • Operate hand tools and machinery such as blowers, strimmer’s, hedge cutters, chainsaws, mowers, rotavators, and woodchippers
  • Only use equipment you are trained or certified to operate
  • Wear PPE at all times

? What We’re Looking For:

• Experience or a keen willingness to learn Clean & Green tasks
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• A proactive attitude with pride in keeping public areas clean
• Manual Driving Licence (preferred but not essential)
