Salary: £27,352 - £30.886 per annum pro rata
Location: Penge - Seymour Villas
Hours: 40 per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract for 6 months
We're seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Estate Services Team in South London.
Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of our estates, you'll be carrying out tasks such as litter and leaves collection, use of petrol and electric tools, mowing and strimming of grassed areas, hedgetrimming , general gardening duties (digging, planting, weeding and pruning) and transportation of grounds maintenance equipment using vans and towing trailers.
