Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join a small team responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces to a consistently high standard.

This would suit someone with strong grounds maintenance experience who is ready to take their first step into a supervisory position.

The Role

You'll help oversee day-to-day grounds maintenance activities across multiple sites, including:

Supervising at least one member of the team
Grass cutting and general grounds maintenance
Weed control and spraying
Shrub and flower bed maintenance
Hedge cutting
Leaf clearance
Carrying out regular checks to ensure work meets the required standard
Responding to requests and resolving issues efficiently
Recording daily work and checks using an electronic mobile workforce systemWhat We're Looking For

Previous experience in grounds maintenance is essential
Experience supervising others is desirable, although this could suit someone ready to progress into their first supervisory role
Full, clean UK driving licence essential
PA1 and PA6 spraying qualifications required; PA2 would be advantageous
Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
Comfortable working across different sites
Able to work outdoors throughout the year and in varying weather conditions
