Interaction Recruitment is looking for a Temporary Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a team based in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented environments.

Key Responsibilities

Grass cutting
Hedge trimming
Flower bed edging
De-weeding
Litter picking
Bin emptying
Road sweeping
General grounds maintenance
Manual labour as required

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay

£13.90 per hour

Contract

Temporary position with an immediate start, expected to continue until Christmas.

Requirements

Full UK manual driving licence (essential)
Previous grounds maintenance, gardening, or outdoor maintenance experience (essential)
Reliable, punctual, and physically fit to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Able to travel to the Cambridge site for an 11:00 AM start
