Qualifications
Essential:
Valid CSCS Card Own hand tools Full PPE Previous groundworks experience Right to work in the UK Desirable:
Experience in drainage, kerbing, and paving works Dumper/Roller ticket Experience working on commercial construction sites
Roles & Responsibilities
Carrying out all aspects of groundworks Drainage installation and associated works Excavation and trenching Kerbing, edging, and paving works Preparing foundations and site set-up Assisting plant operators and site teams Maintaining a clean and safe work area Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
Requirements
As a Groundworker, you will also be expected to:
Arrive on site punctually and ready for work Work effectively as part of a team Follow instructions from site management Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude Maintain site health and safety standards at all times
Health, Safety & Compliance
All employees are required to:
Comply with all employment legislation and relevant codes of good practice Take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others Follow all site-specific health and safety procedures Co-operate fully with site management to ensure safety standards are maintained
