Groundwork foreman

Link-Force Ltd is currently seeking a skilled Groundworks Foreman to join a reputable Commercial Construction company based in Windsor.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing groundworks operations on site, managing the groundworks team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Your duties will include supervising groundwork activities, coordinating with subcontractors and project managers, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, extensive experience in groundworks, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently on busy construction sites.

* Experience as a Groundworks Foreman within the construction industry

* Strong understanding of groundworks processes and health & safety regulations

* Proven leadership and team management skills

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Valid CPCS card and relevant certifications
