Groundwork Foreman / Site Manager

We are recruiting for the below position to start ASAP.

Job Role: Groundwork Foreman / Site Manager

Job Description:
·         Supervised groundwork teams, plant operators and subcontractors, allocating daily tasks and monitoring progress.
·         Managed drainage, foundations, excavation, concreting, kerbing and general groundwork operations.
·          Coordinated labour, materials, plant and deliveries to maintain productivity and meet project deadlines.
·         Ensured all works complied with health & safety procedures, RAMS and required quality standards.
·         Liaised with site managers, engineers and subcontractors, providing progress updates and resolving site issues.

Job Location: Dereham

Rate: £27.00 ph via CIS

Duration: 2 months

Requirements: Previous experience mandatory; updated CV, necessary tickets; own PPE; SSSTS mandatory

Parking: On-site parking available

Start: W/C 14/09
