Job Description - Groundworker

We are currently looking for a Groundworker in the West Oxfordshire area working for well-established Housing association. This is a permanent role, working on the responsive repairs team.

As the Groundworker you will be responsible for:

Slabbing
Paving
Digging up
Fencing
Pointing
Roof repairs
The successful Groundworker will:
Be able to commute to site
Experience of health and safety
Have a full UK driving licence
Have relevant industry experience
In return, the Groundworker will receive:
£33,000 per year
Company van and fuel card
Specialist power tools provided
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with each year of service

Mobile phone provided
Uniform & PPE provided
Generous pension scheme matched up to 12%
Overtime and call out available
