Pay: £21 per hour (PAYE) + Travel Allowance

Are you an experienced groundworks team seeking a long-term, permanent opportunity?

TS Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading and well-established main contractor that self-delivers groundworks on their new build care sector projects. We are currently looking to recruit a Groundworks Gang to work on various developments across the Midlands region.

What's on Offer:

• £21 per hour (PAYE)
  
• Mileage allowance - £0.25 per mile
  
• 32 days paid annual leave
• Pension scheme (after a 3-month qualifying period)
  
• Accommodation and living allowance provided for work away from home
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Site Manager and Site Engineer to deliver high-quality groundworks on new build care home sites
  
• Duties include kerb laying, flagging, pin kerbs, and working to precise line and level
  
• Operate machinery such as forward tipping dumpers and 360 mini diggers
• Be flexible to travel up to 1.5 hours daily or stay away when required (accommodation and expenses covered)

• Known for building care homes and commercial new builds up to £10 million
  
• Proud to self-deliver all groundworks in-house
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card
• Relevant machine tickets - Forward Tipping Dumper or 360 Mini Digger (NPORS or CPCS)
  
• Previous experience as a groundworker on similar new build projects
  
• Ideally operate as part of a 3- or 4-person team
• Seeking a long-term role with consistent work
