About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Groundworker to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, site-based role carrying out a variety of groundwork and hard landscaping tasks across commercial and residential sites.

The ideal person will be confident working independently and as part of a small team, experienced in operating small plant and machinery, and committed to delivering a high standard of work while maintaining site safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out hard landscaping tasks: laying slabs, bricks, block paving, kerbs, concrete, and tarmac
• Operate small plant and machinery: whacker plates, mixers, rollers
• Maintain quality standards and complete work to agreed deadlines
• Uphold health and safety procedures on site at all times
• Keep accurate records of materials used and job progress
• Liaise with site supervisors and managers as needed
• Complete end-of-work reports

Desired Skills & Experience

• Mini Digger Licence (NPORS or CSCS) – desirable
• C1+E Driving Licence (7.5T vehicle with trailer) – desirable
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Reliable, hard-working, and a good team player
