Groundworker

Our social housing partner are actively recruiting for a Groundworker to work on domestic properties within the South Tyneside region.

PAYE Only

37 hours per week Monday to Friday

Ongoing contract 8 months +

What you'll need to succeed

* CSCS card

* Full UK Driving Licence (no more then 6 points)

* 360 Excavator below 10 Ton – CPCS or NPORS (preferred but not essential)

* Experience of working on trench boxes, pin kerbs, banking, plant concrete works but nothing specialised.

* Experience of small drainage (No more than 2.5 Metres)

* Proven record of being reliable.
