Job Title - Finishing Groundworker

Tickets Needed - Dumper and Roller Ticket

How Many Operatives - 1 needed.

Location - Wallingford, OX10

Start Date - ASAP

Core Responsibilities

Kerbing and Edging: Installing concrete or stone kerbs, edging restraints, and channels to define roads, driveways, and pathways with precise level control.

Paving and Flagging: Laying slabs, block paving, flags, and monoblock surfaces for driveways, patios, and footpaths.

Stoning Up and Levelling: Spreading, raking, and compacting sub-base materials (like MOT Type 1) to correct levels and gradients for final surfaces.

Concrete Finishing: Pouring, screeding, floating, and finishing concrete slabs, pads, or edgings to a smooth and durable standard.

Drainage Adjustments: Adjusting and setting manhole covers, gully grates, and surface water channels to match final finished ground levels.

Plot Handover Prep: Clearing debris, completing final touch-ups to external areas, and ensuring plots meet quality standards before client or inspector sign-off.
