Groundworker

Our client is a main contractor who is currently developing a major new warehouse facility near Malmesbury. They have an immediate requirement for experienced groundworkers until January 2027. The scheme is the 2nd phase of a larger development and once complete there will be the potential for 12 additional months of work. The site is exceptionally well managed and there is a great working environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out groundwork activities including drainage, excavation, foundations and site preparation
* Operate dumper machinery safely and effectively
* Support construction of warehouse, office and training facilities
* Work with site management and contractors to achieve project milestones
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times
* Complete general site and manual labour duties as required
* Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship
What We're Looking For
* Proven groundwork experience on large construction projects
* Dumper driving experience
* Valid CSCS Card and CIS registration
* Available for 5 days per week on site
* Physically fit, reliable and punctual
* Strong team-working attitude
* Own transportation required
