Domestic Groundworker - Social Housing

Salary: £32,000 per annum

We are currently looking for an experienced Domestic Groundworker to join our growing team, working across Sandwell and Wolverhampton on social housing maintenance and refurbishment contracts.

The Role
You will carry out a range of groundwork and external repair works to occupied and void social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Groundworker, ideally within social housing or domestic properties.
Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good customer service skills when working in occupied homes.What's on Offer
