Are you a Groundworker looking for a role as a Site Manager for a local and well-established Civils and Utilities company.

On offer is the opportunity for a civil engineer graduate with on the tools experience or similar to join a rapidly expanding civil engineering and utilities company that focuses creating and executing sustainable solutions to groundworks and utilities issues. The young and ambitious organisation has been in business and expanding since 2019, and is eager to select the right candidates for personal goals of longevity situated within the company, and above all characteristics that align with the company's mission and ideals.

In this role, the individual must be prepared for regular travel to sites that the company will be operating their projects on - wherein they will meet with the site agent/supervisor and prepare sites to be worked on. Furthermore, the individual will be required to complete a multitude of tasks daily tasks related to the role.

The ideal Groundworker/Site Manager would have experience within a similar role with a relevant qualification and be eager to join a local business whose goal is to aid in sustainable construction.

The Role:

• Providing design proposals for projects

• Evaluating construction works on site and overseeing

• Site management.

• Travel to sites across Cumbria to Cheshire.

The Person:

• Civil engineering degree or similar.

• Groundworker or Site Manager.

• Local to Workington.
