TS Recruitment is working with a leading contractor to recruit a Civils Supervisor / Manager.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Oversee all civils and groundworks on substations and similar work

Read technical drawings and liaise with the contracts manager

Manage direct labour & subcontractors, offering technical guidance

Ensure quality control & maintain accurate project documentation

Hands on role at times subject to project size

Order materials and maintain commercial awareness

Support the senior site management

The role will including some travel but typically the furthest away would be 1hour 30 mins, meaning you are home every.

What We're Looking For:

Strong technical knowledge of civil works

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications, EUSR (or willingness to obtain)

A background as a groundworker or site Engineer

Good IT skills & ability to complete technical reports

A Full UK Driving License
