Groundworks Site Manager / Foreman – Hampshire & Surrounding Counties

I am recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Site Manager / Foreman to oversee groundworks packages in Hampshire & surrounding area.

This is a long-term opportunity to work with a long established and progressive contractor that deliver the following works;

* Foundations

* Oversites

* Retaining Walls

* Approved Contractor for Sewer Connections

* Bulk Excavations

* Drainage

* Section 278 Works

* Substructure brick and blockwork

* External Works / Hard Landscaping

* Infrastructure for new roads

* And much more

*The company would consider applications from individuals seeking either permanent or long term contract roles.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all groundworks operations on site
• Coordinating subcontractors, plant, and labour resources
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Monitoring programme delivery and site performance
• Conducting toolbox talks and site inspections
• Maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

Essential Requirements:

• Site Management experience within groundworks and civil engineering projects.
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of groundworks packages
