Groundworkers & Groundworks Supervisor – Truro (TR1)

TSR are currently recruiting for 6 x Groundworkers and 1 x Groundworks Supervisor for a new-build care home project in Truro, TR1.

Start Date: 2nd November
Duration: 8 weeks, with the potential for temp-to-perm opportunities.

Positions & Pay Rates

Groundworkers – £22 per hour: Groundworkers CSCS card

Groundworkers with Machine Tickets – £23 per hour: CPCS or NPORS dumper, roller or 360

Groundworks Supervisor – £25–£26 per hour: SMSTS qualification and previous experience required.

The Role

The project involves carrying out finishing works on a new-build care home. We are looking for reliable, experienced groundworkers and a capable supervisor to help get the project completed to a high standard.

Requirements

Valid CSCS card for groundworkers.

Relevant groundworks experience.

Machine tickets preferred for groundworker roles where applicable.

SMSTS required for the supervisor position.

Good timekeeping, reliability and a strong work ethic.

With 8 weeks of work and the potential for longer-term opportunities, this is a great opportunity for the right candidates.
