Group CFO - Professional Services

Our client is a well-regarded, award winning Professional Services Business with a UK Head Office based in Hampshire and London and 6 regional offices based across the UK employing upwards of 180 staff with revenues in the of £19m and EBIDTA of £4m+

As part of the company’s ambitious growth plan (Private Equity buy and build journey through to exit) FRS have been engaged to assist with the recruitment of the companies first CFO hire.

Leading a dynamic team, the Group CFO will partner with the CEO to refine and drive the company’s strategic plan

Key responsibilities include overseeing financial health, budgeting, forecasting, investment strategy, and compliance, while also collaborating with the senior leadership team to provide financial insights and drive organisational success

The ideal candidate is likely to be formally qualified with upwards of 5-10+ Years PQE

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified with strong PQE within Finance Director / CFO Positions.

• Experience gained within PR / Marketing / Communications or wider professional services

• Strong M&A experience and ideally previous experience of Private Equity.

A basic salary of up to £200,000 coupled with excellent benefits, profit related bonuses and equity participation can be offered with this position to include earn out on Exit within the next 5 years
