As Group Chef Manager, you'll oversee the catering operation across five sites, leading a team and ensuring consistently high standards across each location.

Lead catering, food service and hospitality operations across multiple sites.
Build strong client relationships, supporting customer satisfaction and contract retention.
Manage budgets, P&L performance, food and labour costs, and financial reporting.
Recruit, coach and develop managers, chefs, supervisors and frontline teams.
Oversee catering events, conferences, hospitality functions and special events.
Drive continuous improvement across service quality and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety and company standards.
Manage suppliers, procurement, stock control and key performance indicators.What we're looking for

We're looking for an experienced catering professional who is confident managing multiple operations and leading large teams.

Previous Contract Catering experience is essential.
Proven multi-site management experience.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets and P&L.
