Job Description
Role: Group Commercial Director, Agency Sales
Location: London, UK

What you’ll do:
We are looking for a Group Commercial Director, Agency Sales to lead holding company growth. You will head up the holding company sales team and report to Rob Linton. In your position, you will be responsible for all holding company revenue and partnerships, and will be the go-to holding company subject matter expert for the UK business. This will come to bear through being a:
1 - Sales team leader - lead, train and inspire the holding company sales team day in, day out, cultivating a high-energy sales environment motivated to over-deliver for our clients and across our strategic UK business priorities.
2 - Strategic growth driver – partner on the commercial strategy and head up the execution to deliver deeply integrated omnichannel growth with all holding companies through capability-led managed service selling and solutions. You will lead pitches and expertly demonstrate our award-winning product suite, including Sigma, to achieve this.
3 - Stakeholder & partnership builder – build and deepen fantastic partnerships with strategically important senior holding company personnel and senior agency client leads, ensuring MiQ is front of mind and well positioned as their preferred and consolidated managed service partner of choice in the UK.
