About the Role
As the Group Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise profitability, enhance reporting accuracy, and drive informed decision-making. You will work closely with the Commercial Director and other key stakeholders to deliver impactful financial insights and scenario planning tools. With direct reports in the UK and abroad, you will ensure robust financial reporting and analysis while supporting the company's commercial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead UK, European and Group commercial reporting, including customer gross margin and trade debtors' analysis.
*Develop tools to evaluate new business opportunities and forecast scenarios.
*Act as a key finance partner to the Commercial team, ensuring visibility and understanding of trade terms while highlighting risks and opportunities.
*Oversee budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate gross margin reporting and alignment with commercial objectives.
*Drive consistency in processes and reporting across geographies.

Experience required:
*Suitable candidates will hold either CA, ACCA, or equivalent certification.
*Experience in a Commercial Finance role, ideally within FMCG or Agricultural sectors.
*Exceptional analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience with financial systems.
*A professional, team-oriented approach with flexibility for occasional travel, including regular visits to Europe.
