A global, family-owned organisation that offers a range of consultancy services to its longstanding client base is seeking a Group Compliance Manager to join its central Risk & Compliance function.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to step into a high-impact role, offering exposure to senior leadership and influence across a wide international footprint. You will contribute to shaping and supporting group-wide governance, policies, training, assurance, internal audits, and advisory services in a complex and evolving environment.

The Role

As Group Compliance Manager, you will:

• Lead or support the development and roll-out of compliance frameworks, policies, and training across multiple global business units
• Deliver advisory support on governance and compliance matters across varied jurisdictions and cultures
• Contribute to internal audits, assurance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support strategic projects that enhance compliance maturity and organisational resilience
• Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders and local compliance contacts

About You

You will bring:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a compliance or risk-based role
• Experience in international, matrix organisations with diverse cultural and regulatory landscapes
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
