Group Consolidations Accountant

Our Client, A Global Media Brand, is looking to recruit an ACA/CA/ACCA Group Consolidations Accountant reporting to the Head of Management Reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the leading businesses in their field in this sustained period of growth in a truly international brand.

You will be responsible for:-

• Responsible for the monthly consolidation ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
• Ownership and reconciliation of all consolidation book entries and GL’s.
• Ensuring resolution of intercompany mismatches prior to performing the consolidation.
• Completion of group level analytics each quarter.
• Work closely with technical accounting teams when required to maintain consistency in application of group accounting policies across the group.
• Detailed KPI reporting via the use of Dashboards
• Maintain strong financial controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, reconciliations, and revenue-related analysis.
• Ensure all SOX and other relevant compliance controls are adhered to within Group Finance.
• Continued process improvements across the group.
