Accountable are recruiting for a part-qualified accountant or audit professional to join as a Group Controls Analyst-a commercially focused role offering group-wide exposure and the opportunity to influence internal controls and governance in a growing organisation.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support the delivery and maintenance of the internal control framework
• Review and document key financial and operational processes
• Perform control testing through walkthroughs and sampling
• Identify and help remediate control gaps
• Prepare reports on control performance and emerging risks
• Monitor expense compliance, including PSA tracking
• Contribute to finance improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Part-qualified accountant
• Experience in audit/finance/controls roles
• Analytical skills & attention to detail
• Confident communicator with solid Excel knowledge
• Interest in process improvement and governance
• Experience with GRC tools is desirable but not essential
